Las Vegas, NV - August 8, 2014 - Action Television hired TV Pro Gear to shoot the 11th Annual Dodgeball Championship. The event was shot and streamed live from the Sky Zone Indoor Trampoline Park located in Las Vegas. Action Television is a Denver based online video syndication company.
Footage from the event is now being cut into five half-hour episodes that will air on Fox Sports Net in November. The show will also air on Root Sports, Sunshine Network and MSG. The shows will reach 90+ million households across the US.
TV Pro Gear utilized one of their Sprinter/Flypacks equipped with seven Panasonic cameras and six channels of Instant Replay/Slow-Motion. The event was streamed live in HD through TV Pro Gear’s Viewcast H.264 encoder. This is the same unit used for the Olympics and NFL football.
This is the third year that Action Television has hired TV Pro Gear to shoot and stream the championship event. Producer, Michael Billingsley stated, “We keep hiring TV Pro Gear because they never fail to provide the extreme quality we demand”.
