Municipal video system installation is somewhat unique in both their operational style and equipment configurations. They represent a format that airs live on cable and internet as well as VOD via the associated City website. In actual operations, PTZ remote head cameras make up the primary complement, all but eliminating the need for actual in-house camera operators. This allows for a single (or multiple) operator to run the show with repeatable ease. Other sources such as document cameras, computers, DVD/Bluray players, and clip-stores provide supplemental material to the live content. 

Council chamber monitors add to the mix; as do desktop and wall mounted displays. Encoders for live steaming and cable company head-end for live broadcast along with VOD servers are standard equipment. Programmable Touch Panels for panel members allow for interactive voting, motions, microphones and request to speak notifications.
